By using Landlord ("the Service"), operated by Clerk Finance, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Landlord is a property management tool that helps landlords track properties, units, tenants, maintenance, expenses, and rent invoicing. The Service is provided "as is."
You need a Clerk account to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your password secure. One person per account. Share access to properties via the invite system, not by sharing credentials.
You own your data. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. We store it to provide the Service. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Don't use the Service to break the law, harass anyone, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data. Don't reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
Free accounts are free. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months, but we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first payment.
The Service is provided as-is without warranties. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, lost revenue, or missed rent payments. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
