You'll have the option to continue at $39/mo, switch to Plus ($19/mo), or stay on the free Starter plan. No automatic charges — we'll ask you before the year is up. Your data stays yours regardless.

How does automatic rent invoicing work?

When you add a tenant with an email and rent amount, we generate and email professional invoices automatically every month through Clerk Finance. You see when they open it, when they acknowledge it, and when it's paid.

What's the tenant portal?

A separate app at tenant.clerkfinance.com where your tenants see their lease details, rent history, and can submit maintenance requests directly. It's their own dashboard — not just a "view invoice" link.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Expenses export to CSV anytime. Rent history, tenant data, and maintenance records are all exportable. Your data is yours.

Why no per-unit pricing?

Per-unit pricing punishes growth. You shouldn't pay more just because you bought another duplex. Flat monthly pricing means your costs are predictable regardless of portfolio size.
